| Explosive power is one of the manifestations of fast strength,and it is very important for many sports.In recent years,it has become one of the hot topics in the field of sports training to effectively improve the explosive power level of individual athletes within limited training time.Complex training takes advantage of the post-activation enhancement effect.After the end of traditional resistance training,the rapid stretching complex training is performed after an interval of 3-6 minutes.This training method can effectively improve athletes’ muscle strength and maximum explosive power level,and has the advantages of improving training efficiency and preventing sports injury.In this study,traditional resistance strength training and complex training were used to intervene the lower limb explosive power level of boys with different special subjects.The experimental group and the control group were set up to compare the effects of traditional resistance training and compound training on the lower limb explosive power level and movement speed index of basketball,football and track and field special boys.In order to choose more scientific training methods and means,improve and improve the lower limb explosive power of different subjects,and promote the improvement of mobile speed.This experiment involved three sports items,divided into three experimental groups and three control groups.The experimental group carried out complex training exercises,and the control group carried out traditional resistance strength exercises.The experiment was conducted for 10 weeks,twice a week.The following conclusions are drawn.Research Conclusions:(1)Both complex training and traditional resistance strength training can improve the explosive power level of lower limbs of athletes of different special disciplines,but compared with traditional resistance strength training,complex training has a greater range of improvement in the explosive power level of lower limbs,and the training effect is more obvious.The composite training can effectively improve the standing long jump and vertical jump high touch level of the experimental group of special students,basketball,football,track and field special experimental groups of standing long jump and vertical jump high touch index increased significantly,with a significant difference compared with before the experiment.(2)The composite training significantly improves the moving speed index of short distance events,and the special 30-meter performance of basketball,football and track and field is significantly different from that before the experiment,indicating that the composite training is suitable for 30-meter and 60-meter short distance sprint events.But for 100 meters running and basketball,football dribble around the rod running test index is not obvious improvement.(3)Complex training can effectively improve the performance of special students in vertical jump.For basketball and football sports,the competition involves a lot of take-off movements,such as fighting for the head ball in football,fighting for the rebound in basketball,etc.The improvement of lower limb explosive power level can improve the take-off height.It can be shown that complex training can improve the performance of athletes in the same competitive event of ball games to a certain extent.(4)Compared with the traditional resistance strength exercise in the control group,the improvement of the evaluation index of lower limb explosive force in the experimental group showed a higher correlation with the level of moving speed.That is,through complex training,the lower limb explosive power level of special students in the experimental group can be promoted,and then the level of mobile speed can be promoted.The level of lower limb explosive force is the key to restrict the improvement of moving speed.(5)In the comparison between groups,the experimental group of track and field special standing long jump,vertical jump touch height,SJ squat jump,CMJ squat jump overall improvement of a large range,T run,30 meters run,60 meters run mobile speed evaluation index after the improvement of the experimental group is better than basketball and football experimental group.Based on the special characteristics,the complex training method selected in this experiment is more suitable for track and field students. |
