Research objective: Middle school students are in the critical period of physical growth and development,but also the sensitive period of physical development.Lower limb explosive power and moving speed are the most basic physical qualities of human body,and also the basis for promoting the development of other athletic abilities.The lower limb explosive power and moving speed can be effectively improved by designing targeted training programs for junior high school students based on their physical and mental development characteristics.This is of certain significance for the development of physical quality and the improvement of athletic ability.The training of ladder and low hurdle is a relatively novel way of physical training,which is a more effective way to improve the lower limb explosive power and moving speed of junior high school students.However,at present,there are few studies on the application of this physical training method in physical education of junior high school students,and its influence on male students’ lower limb explosive power and moving speed needs to be further studied and proved.Research methods: In this paper,the influence of the combination training of low hurdle and soft ladder on the lower limb explosive power and speed quality of male students in grade two was studied.By comparing the experimental results of the combination training of low hurdle and soft ladder and the conventional training of lower limb explosive power and speed quality,the superiority of the combination training of low hurdle and soft ladder was verified.Before the experiment,the expert interview method was used to screen practice movements of experts in related fields.The test indexes were determined to be standing long jump,longitudinal jump touch height,4x10 meter back run,50 meter fast run and 4 second fast run after consulting literature and experts’ suggestions.In Beichen Experimental Middle School of Shanxian County,70 male students were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 in each group.Two different methods were used in the experiment,one was the combination training of ladder and low hurdle,the other was the use of conventional training.Independent sample T test was used to compare the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment.Furthermore,the paired sample T test was used to compare the experimental group and the control group within 10 weeks.Results: 1.After the training intervention,the results of interest in sports learning between the two groups were compared,and the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group(p<0.05).2.Before the training intervention,there was no significant difference in the height and weight between the two groups(p>0.05).3.Before the training intervention,there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the results of lower limb explosive power(p>0.05);Compared with the results of moving speed,there was no significant difference between the two groups in 4×10m retracing,50 m fast running and 4s fast running(p>0.05).4.After the training intervention,the results in the experimental group were compared,the explosive power of lower limbs was significantly improved,and the touch height of standing long jump and standing vertical jump were significantly different compared with before the intervention(p<0.01);The movement speed was significantly improved,and the 4×10m fast running,50 m fast running and 4s fast running were significantly worse than before intervention(p<0.01).5.After the training intervention,compared with the results in the control group,the lower limb explosive power was significantly improved,among which the standing long jump had a significant difference compared with before the intervention(p<0.05),and the vertical jump touch height in place had a very significant difference compared with the intervention(p<0.01);There was no significant difference in moving speed.4×10m fast running,50 m fast running and 4s fast running were improved but not significantly improved compared with before intervention(p>0.05).6.After the training intervention,the results of lower limb explosive power compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly improved,among which the standing long jump had a significant difference(p<0,05),the vertical jump in place had a very significant difference(p<0.01);Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed a significant improvement in moving speed.4×10m fast running,50 m fast running and 4s fast running all showed significant differences(p<0.01).Research conclusion:(1)Compared with the conventional physical education class,the combination training of ladder and low hurdle significantly improves students’ interest in physical education.(2)After the training intervention,the experimental group in the standing long jump,vertical jump touch height,4x10 meters back run,50 meters fast run,4 seconds fast run have a significant improvement;The results showed that the students’ lower limb explosive power and moving speed were improved.(3)After the training intervention,the test index of moving speed of the control group did not increase significantly,while the test index of lower limb explosive power increased significantly,indicating that the conventional training method could not improve the moving speed,but could significantly improve the lower limb explosive power.(4)After the training intervention,the combination training of ladder and low hurdle was significantly better than the conventional training methods in improving the lower extremity explosive power and moving speed of boys in junior middle school.
