| For top-tier tennis players, having a high level of athleticism and competitiveness is a must for victory in a match.Tennis requires a variety of athletic abilities, including physical prowess, technical and tactical know-how,and more.Physical ability also represents a growing role in the competition of tennis players’ competitive level, and athletes’ technical and tactical skills tend to be more and more complete and highly competitive with the growth of the times. The secret to increasing speed and having a beneficial impact on the development of tennis-specific movement speed is explosive force, one of the expressions of quick power in physical fitness. The single-leg complex training performed in this article is consistent with the species’ unique preference for cushioning and stirrups during movement when players on the court advance to the target position to strike the ball with double-legged stirrups in turn.In order to investigate the impact of complex training on movement speed specific to tennis,single-leg and double-leg complex training were experimentally contrasted and assessed. The methods used to conduct this study included literature reviews, expert interviews, questionnaires, experiments, and statistical analysis.Twenty tennis players from Wuhan Sports University were chosen as the test participants, and they were placed into two groups at random: the experimental group and the control group. After the 8-week intervention, the kinematic indexes that measured the lower limbs’ explosive strength(weighted deep squat1 RM,squat jump CMJ,standing long jump)and the specific moving speed(10m sprint,3*10fold run,half-meter movement,"T" movement),as well as the data were tested, and the data were statistically processed using SPSS 26.0 software.Conclusion:(1)There is no discernible difference in the quantity of progress between single-leg and double-leg complex training with regard to the maximum strength of a tennis player’s lower limbs.(2)Single-leg complex training has a bigger rise in the explosive power level of the dominant leg than double-leg complex training. Both single-leg and double-leg complex training can effectively improve tennis players’ explosive power level.(3)Tennis players can enhance their specific movement speed with both single-leg and double-leg complex training, although single-leg complex training is more successful. |
