In the CPC Central Committee's Proposal on formulating the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals for 2035,it is clearly proposed to "build a high-quality education system" and build China into an education and sports country by 2035.This not only provides the development and reform direction for the long-term planning of the future education field,but also clarifies the new goals for the development of martial arts education in schools in the new era.To accelerate the martial arts education "high quality" to achieve the goals of the planning and vision development,put forward under the background of new era for group put forward the martial arts education of primary and secondary schools "mass synergy" tasks and requirements,aims to "grab from baby" the thought of "from youth" under the guidance of the theory,the teaching effect of martial arts education of primary and secondary schools to "efficiency",Thus to serve the whole martial arts education "high quality development" to lay a solid foundation.Research in martial arts education of primary and secondary schools to carry out the current situation,existing problems and how to implement the "quality,and the efficiency" as the research object,with the current situation of wushu education of primary and secondary schools as the breakthrough point,in the methods of documentary,logic analysis,on the basis of focus on the field survey method and interview method using analysis the important factors which restrict the development of the martial arts education of primary and secondary schools,And then explore the corresponding "improve quality and efficiency" countermeasures and programs to help its "high-quality" development process.Through investigation and research,the current development of wushu education in primary and secondary schools is in the stage of unbalanced and inadequate development,which is influenced by many factors.This paper selects six aspects as important factors restricting the development of martial arts education in primary and secondary schools,including the country,society,school,teachers,students and evaluation,and conducts in-depth research and discussion on the development status and countermeasures of the above six aspects.The research shows that :(1)we should give full play to the "national consciousness" and "national consciousness" of Chinese wushu as a national sport,strengthen policy support and clarify the implementation departments;(2)Actively use and integrate the high quality resources that can improve the quality and efficiency of school wushu development,and introduce family and social resources to make up for school shortcomings;(3)Not only promote Chinese wushu to assume the important role and value of physical fitness,but also strengthen the reconstruction of education concept,and jointly build a martial education;(4)From the martial arts technology,martial arts theory,martial arts teachers comprehensive ability and application,etc.,to raise the level of teachers,train first-class teachers;(5)To strengthen the fun of wushu class,expand the extension of wushu after class,deepen the competition after wushu teaching,pay attention to humanism,stimulate students' interest;(6)A top-down assessment and evaluation system shall be established by the state to schools,by schools to teachers,and by teachers to students,so as to give play to the evaluation mechanism and ensure the improvement of quality and efficiency.In order to achieve the new era of primary and secondary school martial arts education development of "quality and efficiency".
