As the reserve talents for the development and prosperity of the country,the health level of teenagers is an important factor affecting the prosperity of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation.But in recent years,the problems of obesity,myopia,chongyang,and weakness have become an important factor limiting the physical health of teenagers.Chinese martial arts is one of the outstanding representatives of national traditional sports,has a strong body,moral education is built,inheriting national sports,carry forward the national culture,carry forward the national spirit,and other functions,has long been loved by teenagers.This article through the literature material law,expert interview method,logic analysis,field investigation method to analyze the content of martial arts courses in elementary and middle schools in China,and discusses their advantages and disadvantages,and demonstrates the current martial arts categories: the implementability of competitive martial arts, traditional martial arts, duanwei martial arts and other martial arts courses in primary and secondary schools martial arts curriculum content to build in middle and primary schools should follow the principles,direction,building to adapt to different stages students specific martial arts teaching content.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1.The contents of wushu textbooks in primary and middle schools are relatively diverse,simple and easy to learn.Deficiencies to affect,wushu,Wu Li,such as lack of culture part,by enriching its content,its form,to rationalize its cohesion can be more smooth development of primary and secondary schools of martial arts.2.Martial arts in the process of its development of primary and secondary schools should find its own location in the physical education curriculum,namely the use of its unique properties different from other sports,sports common attributes in order to impress the students love,parents welcome.Its unique property is the Chinese culture and Chinese martial arts.3.In the course of the development of wushu in primary and secondary schools,the excellent parts of different types of martial arts can be continuously absorbed,which will eventually "gather hundreds of families and make a statement".Primary training system and primary routine of competitive martial arts routine;The fighting ability of wushu sanda;Traditional Chinese martial arts include traditional culture elements,martial arts theory knowledge,martial arts and other aspects.The advantages of duan system of martial arts can be integrated into the content of martial arts courses in primary and middle schools.4.The construction and design of wushu curriculum in primary and secondary schools should be designed to enhance physical fitness,fitness,self-defense and self-cultivation as the objective of the course;The principle of holistic and systematic curriculum construction;In order to increase the interest,simplify the routine,highlight the skills,emphasize the actual combat,the unification of the technology,the inheritance culture as the direction;Based on wushu basic skill,basic routines,fighting for the technical movement of teaching content,to 'behavior,for the martial arts culture teaching content,Wu Li martial arts course content of primary and secondary schools,comprehensive development of students physical and mental health level,so as to achieve the purpose of inheritance and carry forward the Chinese martial arts.5.Specific course content: level 1 is fun martial arts,the basic skill of wushu is the main;Level 2 is based on basic skills,basic movements and basic routines.Level 3 is based on martial arts basic routine,basic fighting is the main;Level 4 is based on basic routines(extended learning),and basic fighting is strengthened;Level 5 is mainly divided into teaching;Level 6 is set according to the specific situation of students.At the same time,according to the different level of psychological development of students in different stages of the behavior,and set up corresponding martial,Wu Li teaching content,thus a bottom-up,from low to high,by Jane to numerous,1 layer,building up the specific content of wushu teaching of primary and secondary schools.
