Research On Teaching Guidance Strategies For High School Students' Classical Chinese Recitation

Classical Chinese study is an important component of high school Chinese learning.It can improve the students' Chinese literacy and appreciating the charm of traditional culture and be good for improving the scores in the exam by learning the classical Chinese.Reciting the classical Chinese articles is an important way to learn classical Chinese well but some high school students didn't very well in it.This article mainly proposes relevant teaching strategies based on the background of classical Chinese recitation to get students better effects in reciting and learning classical Chinese.Studying teaching on classical Chinese recitation will be analyzed from the three aspects: the exam requirements assessment,the textbooks and current state of recitation.The exam requirements assessment is an analysis on questions of national test about classical Chinese in the past three years.The questions in exam are divided into three parts: reading texts of classical Chinese and examination of corresponding questions,dictation on reading appreciation and the topic of composition.The questions types in the reading texts of classical Chinese and examination of corresponding questions of the first part include subjective and objective questions.The former examines the translation of the sentences in the article.The later examines punctuation,common sense of ancient cultural and the analysis of the content of the article.The number of the selected articles is around 600 words with great quantity of reading.The dictated contents of famous articles and sayings are derived from the classical Chinese and Chinese ancient poems of junior high school and high school.The composition topic will refer to the saying in classical Chinese and make intention based on the saying.Textbook analysis refers to analyses classical Chinese articles,arrangement and distribution and cases of recitation required in five compulsory textbooks.The knowledge of students' current recitation is derived from the teaching practice and the results of questionnaire.The effect of reciting classical Chinese is not ideal and often suffer from difficulties.Teaching strategy of classical Chinese recitation is the focus of this article.It focuses on four aspects: understanding the meaning of the article,supervision and guidance,application and activities.The meaning of the articles need to be understood from four aspects: the word and the related words and expressions,the accumulation of notional words and function words,the grammar,common sense of ancient culture and background and the clue and sentiment of the article.The understanding the words is the basis for understanding the article.Mastering some grammar and relevant common sense of ancient culture is conducive to students better understand the meaning of the article.Understanding the writing background,the clue and sentiment can make students grasp the article as a whole and facilitate students to memorize.It is also very important for teachers to supervise and guide students in right way for recitation.The guiding methods found in the inquiry are conducting the supervision and examination by splitting students into teams and taking good advantage of class period and selecting the articles recited.Taking advantage of class period is a significant part of guiding recitation of classical Chinese.Through different methods,students can improve the recitation of classical Chinese unintentionally.The recited classical Chinese mainly applied to three aspects: the quotation of composition,the association of reading vocabulary and extracurricular reading on classical Chinese.Activities developed about classical Chinese mainly included the dictation competition on classical Chinese,dramatic performance in classical Chinese,optional module on classical Chinese and special lectures,rating and sharing reading reports on ancient literal works and so on.The students enjoy the charming of studying and reciting the classical Chinese during the activities,increase their love for classical Chinese and promote the recitation and learning of classical Chinese.
