Chinese-teaching education in high school is focused on explanations of knowledge and memorizations of texts perennially, besides, heavy pressure of college entrance examination makes students longed for being admitted to the ideal university put scores in the first place, cooling interest in Chinese-learning gradually. After the curriculum reform which introduces morning reciting-and reciting to classroom, the education in high school is not only to increase students'interest in learning, but also to culture students'linguistic literacy and reading skills and aesthetic capacity to lay a solid foundation for the future overall development of students. Reciting-and reciting, as a traditional education, is in line with the characteristics of language learning. Thus, it is one of the useful teaching methods to carry out morning reciting in high schools'Chinese classes.Reading-and-reciting, with a long history, has experienced the precipitation of ancient education, and then gone through "the May Fourth New Cultural Movement" edification, because it reflected in every historical change, so it was timeless. Its activeness, formativeness, re-productiveness, vividness and inspiration are in line with the characteristics of Chinese-language courses, and well combine both the instrumentality and humanity of Chinese. Reading-and-reciting activity has provided a powerful platform for teachers and students to exchange and discuss, furthermore, various reciting forms injected fresh vitality to classes, at the same time it has promoted students'overall development of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Reading-and-reciting, as a continuous process of teaching, entails long time to learn and train, in which process not only students'reading and reciting ability will be enhanced, but also teachers'professional quality, so it's a good opportunity for both teaching and learning. Therefore, teachers and students must take seriously at reading-and-reciting, which is a teaching method carried out carefully in Chinese-language education, and make joint efforts for it.
