Along with our country elementary education reform continued to deepen,more and more on the task of teacher role,not only need to manage class affairs,but also need to take attention to students’ healthy growth,maintain class environment,make the rules,to communicate with students,parents,teachers and school leaders,the headteacher peremptory has become a class’ s and grade’s lead,lead the healthy development of the class,At the same time,it plays a key role in the implementation of primary education reform policies.As a leader of class,need to have a certain leadership ability,and the leadership required of personnel with the leadership of the enterprise unit leadership is different,there are differences both in form and content,the head teacher leadership due to the work content,such as the management object,the environment of different and has its own uniqueness,And this ability is important for the teacher in charge,even more crucial for the new teacher in charge,however,at present the domestic and foreign related research about the class teacher leadership is not much,department of education and schools for the new class teacher leadership development degree is insufficient,lead to lack of experience,the new head teacher leadership is missing,many problems of class management,as the core of school class management role,To some extent,it will also hinder the reform of primary education system.In this paper,author study the new teacher in charge to the author’s elementary school as the research object,combined with professor Yang Sizhuo "six dimension of leadership theory",by the method of questionnaire and interview method as the main research methods,design targeted questionnaire,from the Angle of the head teacher and the student point of full understanding of the author in the present situation of the elementary school’s new head teacher leadership,SPSS software was used to make statistical analysis of the survey data and explore the existing problems in the leadership of these new head teachers.According to the existing problems,the authur design the interview outline,to analysis the reasons of deficiencies.The results show that the new head teacher in the author’s primary school has a general learning enthusiasm in learning ability and a poor pertinence in learning knowledge and skills.In terms of teaching ability,there is a lack of diversity of moral education for learning,the students’ extracurricular knowledge is not good and the class cadre management class is not good;In terms of decision-making ability,the new head teacher lacks the ability to deal with emergencies,and is less likely to consult with students to make important class decisions or activities,and the class management rules formulated by the head teacher are not well recognized.In terms of the executive ability of the new head teacher,the plan implemented by the new head teacher has a poor effect on the class management and the enthusiasm of students to participate in the implementation of the plan is not high.In the aspect of organizational ability,the new head teacher and parents communication effect is not good;In terms of charisma,the new head teacher’s personal charm is insufficient,and the students’ communication initiative with the new head teacher is not strong.Then,some new head teachers were selected for the interview.The causes of these leadership problems were analyzed.These reasons are mainly divided into personal reasons,school reasons,parents reasons and education department reasons.Finally,rationalization suggestions are put forward from the perspective of individuals,schools and education departments.
