In recent years, the improvement of basic education promotes the development of Chinese education field. Our country proposes a new demand for primary and secondary school students. Teachers are doing as a main power in carry out the education plan, and holding a important responsibility for leading students’ physical and psychological health. Nowadays, academic community is undertaking the research about leadership from teachers and schoolmasters. There are not getting noticed on the leadership for head teachers, and the research level is still in initial stage and no integral theory system. However, increasing the leadership for head teachers which will promotes the growth of students, the development of teachers’ career and school development.This study selected class advisers of primary school as the research object, and the research materials were ultimately gained through questionnaire, interview, observation and other research methods, provided 360 questionnaires with the class advisers of 10 primary schools in H District of Shenyang City,and 12 teachers were interviewed. After collated the summarized and analyzed information, the leadership’s current situation and the existing problems of the class advisers of primary schools are as follows: learning opportunities distribution of faults, without innovation of the old training modes, training content is relatively single; Without renewal of the teachers’ education teaching methods,Teachers’ learning ability can not be effectively transformed; head teachers are lack of teaching reflection, philosophy of education is not correct, the schools give less care and so much hard pressure to teachers; the activities that teachers organized are not creative and the feedback from students is low, the internal and external resource is lack of integration, and the head teachers and the course teachers are lack of interaction and so on.Aiming at the problems that the survey have found, this study combined with the relevant data and the theory of leadership, from learning ability, teaching power, decision ability, implementation, organization and emotional appeal of six separated aspects to summarize and put forward a practical significance strategy. Learning and teaching aspects: strengthen learning input force with the echelon type, promoting equal opportunities of learning; Through multi-channel learning modes to promote teachers’ learning initiative; Carrying out professional training of the class teachers to enrich their content of study; Developing a variety of activities to supervise teaching power’s lifting; Rewarding outstanding classes and the class teachers with reasonable incentive. Decision and implementation aspects: to create a good educational environment and correct the concept of education; The schools should reduce their rigid appraisal and assessment for the decompression of the class teacher; To focus the teachers’ ideological trends, and create a sunshine harmonious education atmosphere. Organizational and appeal aspects: to improve the class rules, every regulation must be observed; To correct teachers’ attitude, organize colorful class activities; To integrate resources and cooperate with subject teachers; To rich class culture and optimize the educational environment; To experience personal qualities, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses; To enhance personal charm, pro-its division, the letter their way. It is hoped that these strategies can provide some reference for the improvement of the head teacher’s leadership and the professional development of the teacher in charge. |
