Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of society and economic,the society’s existing school education can hardly meet the People’s growing material and cultural needs.However,through the curriculum reform,the knowledge passed out from the textbook is reducing slowly.In order to complete the insufficiency of education inside school,all kinds and all levels of education and training institutions outside school appear on the stage quickly.But due to the origin of our education and training institutions is very late,we are lack of experience and the theoretical system is also not perfect,there are a lot of problems exist in the training institutions.Especially the primary and middle school education training organization themselves have many problems about post setting,which not only limit the development of them,but also bring out bad influence to the present situation of education.Moreover,with the implementation of the national “Double reduction”policy this year,strengthening education in schools and carrying out a radical reform of off-campus training institutions,many harsh regulations have been added to training institutions,even in first-tier cities such as Beijing and Shenzhen,began experimenting with off-campus training across the board.In recent years,the upsurge of out-of-school training,the low threshold for setting up courses,the lack of qualifications and other problems have disrupted the fairness of national education and affected educational purposes.However,this rectification is not a complete cut-off of out-of-school training institutions,but orderly and gradually carry out the scale of mature,well-managed excellent training institutions more strict management,screen out undocumented,false,surplus profits,improper management of training institutions.And in line with the policy requirements of the training institutions also need to make corresponding adjustments,whether it is the management model,or teaching content,if we want to properly complete the adjustment,solid and solid internal management system is a prerequisite.As long as the training institutions’ own management is strong,they can easily face various conflicts and challengesBased on the scientisfic management theory,this artical took a survey in some special educational and training organizations for primary and middle school students,we made some interviews and comprehensive discussions,from four different dimensions: industry characteristics,internal strategic factors,technical factors and the size of the organization,We found out that because of rigid management,The definition of post and responsibility is unreasonable,The lack of post management rights,as well as the mechanism to resolve the conflict is not sound and other reasons,caused The internal organization can not analyze the function of the post fully and accurately,post setting based too much on person,at the same time,the post setting also lacks the connection with the process and so on.Based on the scientisfic management theory,this article puts forward some countermeasures for these problems: to scientifically decompose posts,to set posts dialectically according to people,to coordinate communication in an all-round way,to establish standard management mode,and to innovate management system.At present,with the implementation of the “Double reduction”policy,the state has carried out a drastic reform of these training organizations Under such a severe situation,we must ensure that the internal management of off-campus training institutions is scientific and the post setup is effective,with a view to the health of the organization,long-term,vigorous development.
