With the improvement of China's market economy and the improvement of people's living standard and consumption level,the demand for education is expanding,especially the public schools in primary and secondary schools have been difficult to meet the educational needs of all.Due to the imbalance of educational resources,the educational services provided by schools are not equal to the educational requirements of students' parents for their children.and under the multi-interest drive,the outside-school training institutions in primary and secondary schools have sprung up in people's vision.chaos rebirth,the regulation of outside-school training institutions is imminent.This paper combs the development course and the development of the outside training institution in Q-County Division problems in the process,so as to find the existing problems and put forward countermeasures.This paper defines the definition of out-of-school training institutions,puts the out-of-school training institutions in our national education system,and divides the paper into five parts,starting with the central-to-local policy on the regulation of out-of-school training institutions in primary and secondary schools.The current situation and regulation of Q-County primary and secondary schools outside the school training institutions under the current national regulation background:the Q-County primary and secondary schools outside the school training institutions are analyzed,and finally from the deepening of education system reform.government supervision.Training institutions,non-governmental organizations.trade associations and other six levels to give the corresponding solutions.The value of this paper lies in finding out the problems existing in the development of Q-County out-of-school training institutions,making an objective analysis of the reasons from many angles,and putting forward some effective suggestions for the special management of primary and secondary school out-of-school training institutions,in deepening the reform.government diversified collaborative governance and external supervision of industry and society,which has certain guiding significance for further governance practice.It enriches the theoretical research on the governance and standardization of out-of-school training institutions in primary and secondary schools.
