Recently,China's economy has grown steadily,and people's living standards and national quality have been constantly improved.Quality education for children has become a hot topic of general concern.Compared with school learning,extracurricular learning occupies a large proportion.Extracurricular learning contributes to the improvement of knowledge structure and has become an important means for many parents to improve their children's academic performance.This has stimulated the development of educational and training institutions to a certain extent.In a market economy,training institutions in order to obtain greater profits,excessive focus on market development and ignore the cultivation and development of teachers,especially high employee turnover rate,the main reason is that the pay system setup is not reasonable.Pay system setting is ignored,leading to the teaching quality of the training institutions threatened by serious,it also affect the sustainable development of the training institutions.Therefore,research and compensation system optimization of education training institutions of persistent benign development has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes G Education and Training Institution as the research object,which has made rapid development in the eight years since its establishment.Through the in-depth analysis of this paper,it can be used for reference for the salary management of teachers in G educational and training institutions.First,the literature review of compensation management and salary management is analyzed and discussed,the content of the teacher education training institutions pay for this article research G management provides a certain reference.Second,the education training institutions to G the present situation of the salary management is analyzed,with the method of questionnaire survey on G education training institutions to investigate the effect of the current compensation system.Based on the results of the investigation at present were summarized and G teacher education training institutions compensation management problems and the insufficiency.Again,according to the basis of above analysis,in view of the situation of G education training institutions,Optimizing salary management system;Combining with G of chengdu education training institution on the current situation of compensation management system optimization design.Finally,in view of the compensation optimization system,this paper puts forward some protection measures.
