| Science and rationality are the pronouns of social progress,and technological governance has become the trend of grass-roots social governance.In the logic of technological governance,the representation of authority led subject orientation,matter-based goal orientation,procedural process management and instrumental rationality deeply affect the presentation of social governance structure,process and result.Social organization is an important participant in social governance.Social work project evaluation in social organization is a technical professional activity,and the process of technical governance is worthy of attention.Under the research framework of "structural and relationship-process-result" of technology governance theory,this paper takes E social work project evaluation of organization A as an example,adopts qualitative research method,and deeply studies the evaluation subject,object,process and result by grasping the organization system,members’ rational thinking and behavior strategy.In this paper,the author tries to describe the trend of technological governance in the light of social and professional reality.The results show that: the evaluation of technology governance is characterized by "authoritative subject positioning-passive object feedback,simplicity-digitalization of process management-translucency of result processing".There are some limitations in the evaluation process of technology governance,such as evaluation structure and relationship constraints,formalization of evaluation process,and lack of transparency of evaluation results.The reasons come from the theoretical and practical background,the main body thinking and so on.On this basis,the paper describes the trend of technology governance: "participation structure and relationship: balance-process:technology and ethics go together-result: visualization". |
