A Casework Interventional Study On The Developmental Dilemma Of Children Without Guardianship

Absence of guardianship is a type of higher risk in children's dilemma.The absence of parental upbringing and care puts children at double risks of survival and development.How to provide effective assistance to children lacking guardianship,help them eliminate survival risks,resist growth risks,and promote their development is an important issue in the process of child protection.Professional social work services have a lot to do with the problem of children lacking guardianship.However,the development of social work in China is relatively short,and its local experience is not sufficient,facing many problems in specific practical situations.How to continuously promote the process of specialization and professionalization has become a key issue of common concern in the theoretical and practical circles of social work in China.This study takes the actual service of children lacking guardianship carried out by social workers as an example,uses social support theory,systematically analyzes the service process and service effectiveness of social work,explores the factors that affect the service process and service effectiveness in specific practical situations,and studies strategies to optimize the service process and service effectiveness,aiming to promote the healthy development of children lacking guardianship,relieve the pain of family guardianship,government guardianship,and social guardianship worries,and accumulate professional experience for the development of social work services.The study found that in the process of social worker H's case service,she involved in the silent handling of talks,the principle of data confidentiality,data collection and analysis,the participation of clients,the application of social work professional theory,the transformation of social workers' role,and the handling of practical difficulties,and can organically integrate professional theories and norms with the problems,needs and contexts of the clients,with a high degree of compatibility.However,in terms of preparation for the meeting,establishment of meeting goals,application of meeting skills,planning of data collection,service data recording,problem definition of clients,process evaluation and development,and maintenance of the clients' progress during the closing of the case,her practice demonstrated the lack of compatibility with the problems and needs of the client and the situation in which they are located,affecting the process of social work services and restricting the effectiveness of services.In response to the problems found in the above analysis,this study proposes the following optimization ideas for the practical process of social worker H from the perspective of social work practice: including attaching great importance to meeting preparation,strengthening the training of meeting skills,striving for comprehensive data collection,attaching importance to problem confirmation links,paying attention to client participation,paying attention to the specification requirements of the target,considering comprehensive when weighing strategies,setting clear time limits,paying equal attention to the process evaluation and result evaluation,using multiple evaluation methods,and paying attention to the work of keeping progress in the closing of the case,aiming to improve the effectiveness of casework services for children lacking guardianship,better promote the healthy development of them,and at the same time provide reference and support for the development of other casework services,and provide ideas and directions for optimizing the practical process,thereby enhancing the professionalism and effectiveness of social work services.
