With the development of child welfare,the healthy growth of guardianship missing children has gradually received attention from the state and society.Guardianship missing children are a special kind of vulnerable children.Their family background is relatively complicated.Generally,they lack parental guardianship.During their growth,they are prone to problems such as inferiority,loneliness,violence,theft,assault,and withdrawal.If these problems and behaviors are allowed to develop freely,they are likely to turn into more serious illegal acts and criminal acts.Social work is a career that helps others,the purpose is to help the needy groups in society,understand their problems and needs,and then carry out professional services.As a vulnerable child,guardianship missing children is the service target of social workers.Social workers can use social work intervention methods to explore their problem behaviors and correct them.Therefore,it is very important to study the social work interventions of guardianship missing children.The contents of this research are as follows: First,based on the theory of social support,theory of superior perspective,and based on the results of the internship,this study analyzes the behaviors of guardianship missing children in zone x in terms of learning interpersonal communication,and code of ethics,as well as reasons for problematic behaviors such as insecure attachment relationships,irrational cognition,lack of proper family education,insufficient communication between school and family,bad evaluation and bad ethos in society.Secondly,this study selects two guardianship missing children who served in the internship and underwent social work intervention under the guidance of attachment theory and cognitive behavior theory.The intervention method of two children is mainly based on social casework,supplemented by group social work,combining direct intervention and indirect intervention.Intervention techniques such as acceptance,empathy,and non-criticism were used to restore their family functions,tap their potential,enhance their potential,improve their social support network,solve problem behaviors and promote their healthy growth.Finally,this study reflects on the methods of social work intervention and the problems of social workers in the process of social work interventions,and makes recommendations to social workers,social work institutions,and the government.
