Research On The Relationship Between College Students' Self-efficacy, Career Maturity And Entrepreneurial Tendency

As a new employment method,independent entrepreneurship can reduce the employment pressure of college graduates to a certain extent.This paper chooses entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities as the starting point,carries out a survey for college students,and uses questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to explore the relationship between College Students' self-efficacy,career maturity and entrepreneurial tendency,in order to promote college students' choice of entrepreneurial behavior,solve college students' lack of entrepreneurial confidence,predict entrepreneurial risks and solve entrepreneurial difficulties.The study found that career maturity can have a mediating effect in the impact of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial tendency.Based on the research and analysis results,by increasing the cultivation of professional maturity and self-efficacy in the innovation and entrepreneurship education classroom,it is conducive to improve the guiding role of entrepreneurship courses for students in university innovation activities,and more improve the development of university innovation quality education,so as to effectively stimulate college students' innovation tendency,effectively guide entrepreneurial behavior and alleviate the pressure of employment.
