A Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy And Entrepreneurial Intention Of College Graduate Village Officials

With China's economic development to a certain stage,the urgent need to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the industry,the implementation of innovation driven economic development strategy.To promote the "public innovation,people start" the reality of economic development needs,but also a realistic choice to crack the problem of college students employment.In order to encourage college students to start their own businesses,many preferential policies have been introduced in rural entrepreneurship.College-graduate village official is the main force of Rural Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship,from the microscopic view of the entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention to reveal the essence of entrepreneurial behavior college-graduate village official,effectively promote entrepreneurial activities in rural areas.The main purpose of this study is to explore the influence of individual characteristics and family characteristics of college student village officials on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention,as well as the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.Individual characteristics include gender,education,professional,career choice motivation and entrepreneurship education status;family characteristics include parents' education level,income source and family's attitude towards entrepreneurship.On the basis of the existing research literature,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of individual characteristics,family characteristics,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.The real data collected through the questionnaire survey method,empirical research using SPSS statistical software,verify the hypotheses and conclusions are obtained as follows: individual characteristics,gender,education,professional college-graduate village official on entrepreneurial self-efficacy had no significant effect on gender but have an impact on the entrepreneurial intention,male entrepreneurial intention is significantly higher than that of females.Entrepreneurship education and career choice motivation have positive effects on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.In the cultural level of parents characteristics and sources of income has no effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention,there is a significant positive correlation between the main family on their entrepreneurial attitude,family support is more understanding of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention is stronger on the entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy was positively correlated with entrepreneurial intention,and there was a moderate correlation between variables.Accordingly,the part of the intermediary role of individual characteristics and family characteristics through entrepreneurial self-efficacy or directly affect the entrepreneurial intention of college-graduate village official.Lack of entrepreneurial ability,lack of venture capital,entrepreneurship support service system is not perfect is the reality of the plight of college students village officials restrict entrepreneurial behavior,at the end of the study for college-graduate village official entrepreneurship from the government,society,colleges and universities to put forward the college-graduate village official entrepreneurship support optimization strategy suggestions,in order to enhance college students especially college-graduate village official business success rate.To promote the development of human capital.
