| Entrepreneurship is an important way to relieve employment pressure,promote sustained and rapid economic development,and promote the transformation of innovation achievements.Under the background of the new era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",more and more people have responded to the country’s call to join the wave of entrepreneurship and become a member of entrepreneurs,and many of them are college students who are well-educated.The group,with a wealth of professional knowledge reserves and keen judgment ability,is one of the best groups for entrepreneurship.At the same time,the national and local governments have issued a series of favorable policies to support college students’ entrepreneurship.At the same time,major colleges and universities have also actively responded to the call to continue to deepen entrepreneurship education reforms to support college students’ entrepreneurship,which is important for optimizing college students’ entrepreneurial environment,enhancing their entrepreneurial literacy,and stimulating college students’ entrepreneurship.Potentials have played an important role,and the entrepreneurial rate of college students has continued to increase,and they have grown into a new force of innovation and entrepreneurship.However,entrepreneurship is essentially a high-risk,high-failure economic activity.Entrepreneurs frequently encounter various economic and physical and psychological frustrations during the entrepreneurial process,and this has a negative impact on entrepreneurs perceptions.Forcing entrepreneurs to retreat from fear,further triggering entrepreneurial failures and so on.Therefore,in order to explore in depth the mechanism of entrepreneurial pressure on college students’ entrepreneurial exit willingness,this paper introduces the mediating variable of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the moderating variable family support based on the conservation of resources theory to construct a moderated mediation model,which provides new opportunities for entrepreneurial research.From the perspective of this,further enrich the research results of entrepreneurial exit.This study adopts the questionnaire survey method,collects 290 valid questionnaires as sample data with college student entrepreneurs as the research object,uses statistical analysis software such as SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 to conduct empirical analysis on the research model and hypothesis,and finally draws the following conclusions:(1)Entrepreneurship pressure has a positive impact on entrepreneurial exit willingness;(2)Entrepreneurship self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial pressure and entrepreneurial exit willingness;(3)Family support negatively regulates entrepreneurial pressure and entrepreneurial self-efficacy;(4)Family support regulates the mediating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy between entrepreneurial pressure and entrepreneurial exit willingness. |
