Under the strategic background of "Widespread Entrepreneurship and Innovation",it has become an important way to solve the current employment difficulties of college students by taking innovation and entrepreneurship education as the position,relying on relevant government support policies,and promoting employment by entrepreneurship.Although the existing university entrepreneurship education related infrastructure is relatively complete,and the relevant government reform and support policies have formed a system,but the actual effect is not significant,and the entrepreneurial intention of students is still low.One of the reasons is that the idea of entrepreneurship education lags behind,is divorced from practice,and the training mode of entrepreneurship education is unitary,which is difficult to enhance the students’ entrepreneurial passion and willingness.In this context,in order to promote the national implementation of innovation driven development strategy,and promote higher quality entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates,colleges and universities try to change the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,innovation education mode and other ways to reverse the current situation of poor results.Colleges and universities and entrepreneurship teachers actively promote this reform with practice,in which the story telling of entrepreneurship breaks the traditional theoretical teaching mode and enables students to flexibly perceive the knowledge and skills related to learning and entrepreneurship,so it is often regarded as an innovative teaching method that can effectively improve the effect of entrepreneurship education to be applied in the entrepreneurship education classroom.Although some studies have demonstrated the positive role of entrepreneurial role model stories,most of them take storytelling as an undifferentiated whole,and few studies explore the difference of the effect of entrepreneurial intention of college students from the perspective of different types of entrepreneurial stories.At the same time,the current relevant policies have formed a system,but rarely involve the cultivation of entrepreneurship awareness and other aspects.How to further improve the relevant policies and implementation has become a focus.How to further improve the relevant policies has become a focus.Therefore,the above two issues become the focus of this study.This research innovatively applies the behavioral experiment method to the research of entrepreneurship education,collects relevant data and conducts research and analysis through the design of real entrepreneurial classroom experiment scene and the way of questionnaire.The research content mainly includes: In the first part,based on the social cognitive theory,entrepreneurial learning theory,social identity theory,prospect theory and expectation theory,through the division of twodimensional four quadrants of entrepreneurial model story,the model of the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial model story on College Students’ entrepreneurial intention is constructed,and the research hypothesis is put forward;In the second part,the data of 148 questionnaires collected in the first experiment were analyzed,the positive effect of entrepreneurial example stories on the entrepreneurial willingness of college students and the regulating effect of College Students’ entrepreneurial selfefficacy were verified by hierarchical linear regression method,and the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial passion was verified by step-by-step test method;152questionnaires collected in the second experiment were analyzed,and the real situation was verified In the first experiment,some hypotheses were re tested,and the moderating effect of the variable of entrepreneurial model and entrepreneurial willingness of college students was verified by the method of multivariate ANOVA;The third part,based on the empirical results and analysis of the second part,according to the current needs and status of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,puts forward valuable policy suggestions for further deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship reform of colleges and universities and the entrepreneurship support of college students,so as to promote the implementation of entrepreneurship and employment policies.The results show that: 1.In college entrepreneurship education,telling entrepreneurial example stories is an effective way to enhance the entrepreneurial willingness of college students,but compared with the failed entrepreneurial example stories,the successful entrepreneurial example stories have a greater impact;2.In the real entrepreneurial education scenario,entrepreneurial role model stories can be connected has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of students through the intermediary variable of entrepreneurial passion,but the intermediary effect is partial rather than complete;3.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a moderating variable,when students have a high sense of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial role model stories have a more significant impact on the promotion of entrepreneurial intention of students;4.The distance between entrepreneurial model and students as a moderating variable,When the entrepreneurial model is the "companion" of college students,the entrepreneurial role model story has more significant effect on the promotion of entrepreneurial intention of students. |
