The education of disabled children has always been an important part of our country’s education.With the development of the times,the state has put forward new requirements and standards for children with disabilities to study in the same class.However,due to the lack of specific policy requirements for guarantees and support for studying in the same class,there is a lack of support in all aspects,and the learning quality of children with disabilities who study in the same class is not significantly improved,and even "sit in the class" and return to special schools to learn about phenomena such as "reflow",which is detrimental to the education and development of children with disabilities,It is urgent for the state or society to provide necessary help and support to guide children with disabilities through the adaptation period,so as to learn knowledge and grow up healthily with better learning adaptability.This paper takes the disabled children in M county in H city as the research object,and uses the form of interview research to sort out the learning adaptability of disabled children in M county in H city in detail,and focuses on analyzing the academic adaptability of disabled children in H city,campus flexibility,Five aspects of adaptability,emotional adaptability and interpersonal adaptability and their causes.Problem-oriented,social work intervention was adopted,select student L as a service object,and intervene in a planned way,directed and purposeful way to observe and summarize the positive impact of social work intervention on the adaptability of disabled children to study in class.On this basis,it is found that social work intervention can achieve certain effects and is effective in improving the adaptability of disabled children to study in class,but also has certain limitations due to the limitations of service objects and intervention time.Therefore,the author believes that,in view of the current situation of learning adaptability of disabled children in class,Targeted education should be undertaken from the crippled child academic level,cultivate interests encourage disabled children to take an active part in collective activities,to enhance the school hardware facilities improve campus life safeguard,strengthen parent-school cooperative for disabled children to help disabled children quickly overcome discomfort feelings,cultivate students’ empathy for disabled children in class five aspects,fundamentally solve the problem,To provide a better educational atmosphere and living environment for children with disabilities.
