In the present,It is the important form for the disabled children to learning in the regular class.followed in the children with disabilities has been written into the compulsory education law of our country and the protection of disabled persons.Since followed in the 1989 pilot construction,the education right of the disabled children began to further safeguard.However,the disabled children in the process of into the ordinary school tend to learning maladjustment problems because of physical defects,affect the normal school for disabled children,cannot be integrated into the class group,and both in school and other extermal environment does not show enough attention to this problem.Focus on children with disabilities and learning adaptability,this paper respectively at home and abroad about education for disabled children and their learning adaptability of review,the studies on the relevant notice for disabled children education in the field of social work practice research experience.On the basis of the social work after the early stage of the data collection and scale to measure to carry on the forecast,points out that this service object is small in learning adaptability of A passive learning attitude,learning technology,Problems such as poor learming environment and physical and mental disorders are difficult to overcome,to this,the author apply ecological system theory from three aspects:physical,psychological,social causes to analyze problems,mainly includes the extermal physical defects,the inferiority of the negative psychological status and external environment supporting power shortage and other reasons.Task center mode in the process of intervention,pay attention to social workers and director to establish partnerships,emphasis on effective communication is the key to director play its potential to solve problems,make full use of professional social workers knowledge and work skills.First of all,the social work to assist the director in small A list will be looking forward to solve the problems one by one and explore the priority order of the five major problems to deal with the difficulties director role playing,interpersonal conflict and social relations are not satisfied,etc;Second,set goals and tasks,together with the director of social workers reasonable intervention in the detailed planning,social workers and parents urged by the director small A stage task in A limited time,director task schedule for assessment and dynamic adjustment;Finally,in view of the degree of egotism problem to conduct a comprehensive assessment,and to do a good job of closing and later follow up.In general,the task center pattern for school education for disabled children,has certain applicability,ean in the limited time frame to solve the main problems of the service object.Through reflection and summary,clear to take the task center for disabled children the advantages and disadvantages,and intervention for children with disabilities of learning adaptability ascension provide in-depth concrete Suggestions:such as to promote the school to buy services,education for disabled children,Improve the multiple teaching methods,establish four linkage mechanism;Development of children's monitoring system,pay attention to test comprehensive ability,etc.These measures will help case work involved in the localization process of strategy,really promote the comprehensive development of disabled children,healthy growth.
