| With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,the scale of population flow is also gradually increasing.More and more people choose to leave their permanent residence with their families and move to other cities to live and live.Therefore,the scale of the children of the migrant population is also expanding,and the needs and problems arising from their schooling process are also gradually emerging,which need our whole society to pay attention to and solve.The learning adaptability of children who move with them is not only related to their personal growth and development,but also to the long-term plans of the whole society and even the country.This study mainly through interviews with the migrant children of S Middle School in Tangshan City,through observation of their daily life and learning,master their life and learning status,as well as the differences between them and local children,and try to find out the reasons for the poor learning adaptability of these migrant children,in order to understand their learning and psychological status in a deeper level.Based on ecosystem theory,advantage perspective theory and social support theory,the research uses case intervention to guide the case owners to find the root of the problem,fully explore the resources they have,and formulate corresponding service plans according to the specific problems of the case owners,to help the case owners improve their learning adaptability.The study used the learning adaptability scale to measure before and after the intervention,and evaluated the service effect through the comparison of the data before and after the intervention and the self-evaluation of social workers.The results showed that the learning adaptability of the case owner was significantly improved after the intervention,and the effect was good. |
