School bullying is a hot issue which has long been concerned by the society and the state.The state attaches great importance to the prevention and treatment of school bullying.Currently,schools are focusing more on the prevention of school bullying incidents and the education of bullies after the occurrence of bullying incidents,but there is a slight lack of attention to the bullied.According to the survey results,the bullied people are prone to low self-efficacy,and self-efficacy in children and adolescents is crucial for their healthy development.Therefore,the improvement of self-efficacy of the bullied primary school students is a problem that needs to be further explored.Group social work services in G community for school bullying pupils is chosen as the research object of this paper.Social workers carried out self-efficacy promotion activities for the service objects in four aspects: stabilizing the good emotional and physiological state of the bullied pupils,increasing indirect experience,language persuasion and increasing their successful experience.Through the evaluation and exploration of the practical process and results,the researchers found out that group social work can achieve good results in improving self-efficacy of bullied pupils.Based on the study of the practical process,this study believes that the group work method has certain advantages in improving the self-efficacy of the bullied primary school students.The guidance of self-efficacy theory can also guide the practice,and the improvement of self-efficacy of the bullied primary school students has a certain effect on dealing with school bullying.
