| Self-efficacy,as an in dividual’s inner beliefs,is of great significance to the growth of the individual,especially in childhood.However,the relevant research shows that urban migrant children have much lower self-efficacy than other urban children.And schools and parents are very few concerned about the mental health of migrant children,which is unfair to migrant children themselves.In this study,the author selected some migrant children in Taiyuan City as a service object.Nine migrant children were selected as the research subjects by means of questionnaires,interviews and field observation.On the basis of clear research object,this paper uses the intervention method of social work of the group to carry out theoretical and practical research and exploration on the self-efficacy of migrant children.This paper aims to explore the ways and means of improving the self-efficacy of migrant children by using the method of self-efficacy theory and the social work of the group to provide theoretical and practical reference for the educational practice of mobile children.After the group,the author conducted a process assessment and evaluation of the results of the group,the results showed that nine for the team members of the self-efficacy to a certain extent have improved.The author draws out that it is necessary to improve the self-efficacy of migrant children from the implementation of appropriate rewards,to guide them to set goals for themselves,to set a good example for migrant children,to participate in social practice,poetry education and other efforts.This study explores how to improve the self-efficacy of migrant children and how to combine the relevant theories of self-efficacy with group practice using the group’s social work approach.Finally,concluded as follows: 1.The social work of the group has a good effect on the improvement of self-efficacy of migrant children.2.The social work of thegroup involved in the promotion of mobile children’s self-efficacy has limitations.3.Self-efficacy theory has a strong practical significance to improve the self-efficacy of migrant children.4.The ways and means to improve the self-efficacy of migrant children are of reference significance to the school education work and the family education of children. |
