The relationship between tutors and graduate students is generally called "guidance relationship" in academic circles because it is different from the single relationship between teachers and students.The guiding relationship is the core of the relationship,it runs through the whole process of graduate education.It has become a key factor restricting the quality of graduate training.A harmonious and healthy guidance relationship helps to improve the educational effectiveness and professional growth of tutors,and helps the scientific research,growth and development of postgraduates.It is an important basis for Postgraduates'education.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of graduate education,the utilitarian purpose of graduate study,the generalization of the comprehensive and responsible tutorial system,the power and responsibility relationship between teachers and students and the proliferation of instrumental rationality,the harmonious and true guidance relationship is being dispelled day by day,showing the characteristics of complexity and vulnerability.The indifference and tension of the guidance relationship have led to difficulties in communication between guidance students.Conflicts in the guidance relationship occur from time to time,which has seriously affected the training quality of graduate students and the guidance efficiency of tutors.Graduate education seems to fall into a pattern of "two-way dissatisfaction".Facing such a dilemma,how to effectively prevent and resolve the crisis of guidance relationship,repair and maintain the relationship between tutors and graduate students,strive to maintain the balance of the relationship,or reach a new balance,should become the focus of graduate education.This study adopts the basic paradigm of narrative research,selects six graduate students and teachers as the research object,comprehensively uses the method of in-depth interview and observation,based on the research position of"three-dimensional collection,objective and comprehensive,highlighting the gist and paying attention to ethics",and presents the development story of the relational resilience between graduate student and tutors.That is,in the face of the conflict of normal guidance relationship,how the two sides of guidance resolve the crisis,ease and repair the guidance relationship,So that it will not become alienated,disintegrated,or even become more intimate and harmonious.Through the interpretation and analysis of narration,what is the process of the development of relational resilience between tutors and graduate students?What key factors have contributed to the development of relational resilience between tutors and graduate students?And how to further promote the development of relational resilience,so as to build a benign and healthy development of guidance relationship.The study found that,on the one hand,the development of relational resilience between tutors and graduate students follows a certain logic.Firstly,the educational consensus reached between graduate students and tutors has become the "golden key" to the development of relationship resilience,and laid the cornerstone of the development of guidance relationship resilience;Secondly,a series of coping strategies in the face of relationship conflict between the two sides of guidance have brought strong development momentum,become the "booste" for the development of the toughness of guidance relationship,and promote the development and sublimation of the toughness of guidance relationship;Finally,the formal rules and regulations in Colleges and universities and the informal restraint mechanism within graduate teachers,as a support system,provide a necessary and key guarantee for the tenacious development of guidance relationship.On the other hand,through tracing the origin of narration,this paper explores the factors that promote the toughness development of the relational resilience.The study found that the internal elastic adjustment between tutors and graduate students constitutes the endogenous driving force for the development of relational resilience,while the important others in the teacher organization,informal norms and the formal system expressly stipulated in Colleges and universities provide an environmental and institutional condition for the development of it,which has become an important external guarantee.At the same time,under the combined action of internal and external support systems,a stable mechanism for preventing and resolving potential guidance relationship crises is formed,which makes the generation and development of relational resilience between tutors and graduate Students truly possible.On this basis,a feasible path to promote the development of it in the new era is put forward.
