As China’s economic and social progress and development, the country is also paymore and more attention to education of power. Countries not only through the publishcorresponding education expansion policy to increase the strength of China’s talentcultivation, as well as through the increase of higher education of funds to implementtraining target, because the country’s development needs of the university of the supplyof talent constantly as intelligence support.Graduate students education is the national to the demand of social development,through the research institutions of training for the country added special reservetalented person. China’s economic and social development is rapid, and for thecultivation of talents and we also have no lag. In the scale of the expanding of graduatestudent recruit students number at the same time, more people will probably care is thequality of graduate student training how on earth. But this paper, also to populareducation background as the carrier, in universities and colleges to study therelationship between supervisor and graduate students. Because the author thinks thatquality is really the key to the development of colleges and universities study factors,but research institute proofreading quality of graduate student training and mentors andthe stand or fall of a remarkable relationship between graduate students. Because in theprocess of cultivation, the tutor and the subject of the graduate student is involved in, ifit is ignored subject and simple mechanical to talk about the cultivation of graduatestudents quality obviously is empty and not the actual.Based on the popular education as a research background, to discuss the research incolleges and universities in the process of fostering, the tutor and the relationshipbetween the graduate students as the research subject, in order to optimize therelationship between tutors and students for the purpose, and to promote theimprovement of the quality of cultivation.The relationship between the teacher and graduate student problems would have isa complex system, and the formation of the relationship between teachers and studentsalso is not only a caused by the reasons. So in this paper to study the problem in theprocess of, first in the former research based on the relationship between teachers andstudents and made a summary, then mentor and graduate student to the changes and development of a chapter paper, let the reader can clearly understand the presentcondition of the supervisor and graduate students, and see that the tutors and graduatestudents in the process of interaction of the existing problems, according to the resultsof the reasonable to explore the countermeasures to optimize the relationship betweentutors and students. Believe, the optimization of the relationship between tutors andstudents is order to promote the improvement of the quality of cultivation research.
