Graduate student groups are the power of backbone on our country, that could gradually revival of prosperity, and graduate education is the power delivery system of nutrients for the socialist construction, teacher-student relationship as one of the crucial factors affecting graduate education, moreover, harmonious relationship between teacher and student will undoubtedly play the maximum limit to make optimal training quality. Conflicts negative reports between teacher and student always occurred, as a result is gradual deterioration of teacher-student relationship and negative affect graduate education quality. The relationship of graduate students and instructors can runs through graduate training process and determines the quality of graduate education, the instructors can be guided and teach students study of theory, research subjects, daily life, the formation and development of the three other areas comprehensive and profound, to building of harmonious relationship between mentor and students can certainly to some extent improve teaching effectiveness, teacher and students to promote the common progress of graduate education that to achieve the highest quality of graduate education. Therefore, teachers and students explore the harmonious relationship, is not only for the theories, but also a real needs.In this study, through depth interviews and questionnaires to analysis the real status relationship and problem between teacher and student, and then sort out the context, and puts forward new ideas, and will more abundant the theory of teacher-student relationship, which is the right of young instructors and graduate students of science, that can not only handle the relationship as a guiding role, but also a strongly background on the current popularity to promote the health of graduate education development of certain practical significance.This study consists of five parts:The first part is an introduction, which including background, purpose and significance, content and research methods, data and related literature and review of the sort.The second part is the analysis the relationship and graduate education between teacher and student. First, graduate education, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students can explore the theoretical connotation, that through questionnaires and interviewing teachers and students from academic exchanges, three aspects of graduate education in emotional communication between teachers and students evaluate on the current relations, second, problems to do a more comprehensive and detailed understanding of the impact factors for the following analysis and countermeasures to provide a more detailed and reliable evidence base.The third part is the impact of factors of teacher-student relationship. Analysis of the Second Part, and with the current relations between teachers and students of graduate education in the realities of the analysis of these problems and contradictions, thus sort out the context, and seeking underlying causes on three levels aspects, which are further from society, university teachers and students.The fourth part is the harmonious relationship between teachers and graduate education countermeasures. According to the third part of the influencing factors and the current relationship between teachers and students on interest and outlook, the corresponding social, university teachers and students of three levels of culture conditions on the scale of graduate education, that can made responses to building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.The fifth part is conclusion. The main point of this study and give the briefly discusses and analyzes the innovation of this study, and also should be explored in the further.
