In the teaching of the subject of Chinese,the cultivation of core literacy in students through the teaching of Chinese reading has always been of great importance in the education of Chinese.The continuous revolution and improvement of the standards of the subject of Chinese requires Chinese teachers to keep up with the pace of times and continuously modify their teaching strategies,with the cultivation of core literacy in students being set as the ultimate goal,in order to make students actively enlarge the scale of books that they read,read those books with a creative mind and deepen their aesthetic appreciation ability and personal cultivation.Therefore,the idea of passing down culture would be planted in the head of students and the culture succession can be realized.From the perspective of Chinese core literacy,we can,through the investigation of current situation of Chinese reading teaching,find that some problems are still existed in the teaching of Chinese reading in the middle school.This is demonstrated in facts that the requirements of core literacy are not showcased by some teachers in the process of teaching design,and that teaching strategies present a state of sliding into ossification.Causes of these problems can be divided into many aspects.One aspect discussed here is from the side of teacher.The causes are that teachers are assigned with many tasks apart from their original work or teachers do not have much theorical knowledge.And another aspect is from the side of student.The causes are that students have a weak willingness to actively study and they are unwilling to solve difficulties or problems encountered in study.Based on the ultimate goal of cultivating Chinese core literacy in students,this study also gives a summary of teaching strategies that are suitable for the teaching of Chinese reading in the middle school,which comes from the practices of relevant teaching in middle school.These strategies can be divided into four categories.Firstly,the connection between different subject papers should established to enforce the ability of students to utilize language and words.Secondly,the process of teaching,the stage before,during and after class,should be improved uplift the ability of thinking.Thirdly,there should be some interesting interactions between teachers and students in the classroom to promote the ability to appreciate aesthetic value and create new things.The last strategy is encouraging students to read more classic literature works to realize the culture succession.Part of these strategies are elaborated with examples of teaching practices.They cultivate Chinese core literacy in students from four aspects of language construction,mental development,aesthetic appreciation and in the consciousness of cultural inheritance and expansion,aiming to realize the deep development of studying ability in students for Chinese and establish the bind between the concept of Chinese core literacy and the teaching of the subject of Chinese in middle school.
