With the continuous development of society and the accelerating process of urbanization,there is a trend of dualization between urban and rural areas,and the uneven economic development between urban and rural areas.This phenomenon also extends to the field of education,resulting in the imbalance of educational resources between urban and rural areas,and the relatively weak teachers in rural areas.In order to improve this situation,District J has introduced the policy of supporting education in post,hoping to balance the allocation of urban and rural education resources,and optimize and improve the education level of teenagers in compulsory education stage in rural areas.By analyzing the policy of supporting teaching in post issued by District J and investigating the situation of parents,schools and teachers of related students,the author finds that the implementation of the policy is mainly faced with the following six problems.First,post-support education policies can be misinterpreted.Second,the improper send behaviors easily appearare in the post-support schools.Third,the supervision of volunteer teachers in post is easy to create loopholes.Fourth,the dislocation gap leads to the psychological imbalance of teachers.Fifth,there is still a long way to go before teachers are integrated into the recipient schools.Sixth,some students in aid schools show "psychological fault".Through in-depth analysis,the author finds that the following aspects are the causes of the above-mentioned problems in the process of policy implementation:there are shortcomings in the top-level design,post-support schools goes against the grain,lack of supervision of schools that accept donations,the responsibility of the teachers themselves is diminished,assessment and evaluation criteria are different.According to the problems found and the causes of the problems,and combined with the actual situation of J area,the author puts forward relevant suggestions.It is mainly to optimize the implementation of the policy,make extensive publicity.Improving the selection mechanism,establish a sense of the overall situation,.Taking the lead of the schools that accept donations,and strengthen management evaluation.In the implementation process,various parties coordinate supervision to promote the effectiveness of joint efforts.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the optimization and guidance of supporting teachers,implement relevant training,and enhance their sense of responsibility,so as to promote the balanced development of education in the J district.
