A Study On The Negative Tendencies And Coping Strategies Of The Values Of Members Of The Primary School Committee

It is the jointing-booting period for children to form values and personalities during the primary school.The basic task of fostering character and civic virtue in ideological and political education can only be realized by paying attention to correct values all the time.As an important path for parents to participate in school work and the booster for primary school students to form correct values,the Primary School Parent Committee has gained wide attention from the society.Recently,promoted and supported by the Ministry of Education,primary schools across the country have promoted family-school collaboration by establishing the Class Parent Committee,the bridge and link to maintain close family-school relationship.And the results are positive.The Class Parent Committee has played a good help for the healthy growth of primary school students.The establishment of the Class Parent Committee is of great significance for the expansion of education resources,the addition of education vitality,the promotion of family and the formation of education resultant force.However,some members of the Parent Committee have bad values such as serious utilitarianism and ingratiation of teachers,which exerts negative influences on the growth of primary school students,even leads to the deviation of their values and erode the general mood of society.From the perspective of values,this paper observes and investigates the values among the members of the Primary School Parent Committee by using literature review method,comparative method and questionnaire investigation method.Taking the parents in three primary schools in Chengdu and Mianyang,Sichuan as the object of investigation,this paper investigates parents by using the questionnaire survey method.After the analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that members of the Primary School Parent Committee are positive in values on the whole,but there are some members tend to be utilitarian in value goals and egotistical in the subject of value.These bad tendencies will negatively influence the formation of correct values among primary school students.This paper proposes to put forward the paths and measures to lead the members of the Primary School Committee to set up correct values by analyzing the existing problems and causes in the values among the members of the Primary School Parent Committee and escort the establishment of correct values by primary students.
