The establishment of parent committee in primary and secondary schools is an important link in the construction of modern school system,and the participation in school's education management is an important responsibility of parent committee,which is of great significance to the improvement of education management in school level and the healthy growth of students.On the basis of consulting relevant literature and tangling relevant theoretical basis and core concepts of parent committee participating in school's education management,this paper selects F primary school in Beijing as a sample case,and other five primary schools as auxiliary cases.Through investigating and researching these primary schools,especially the F primary school.This paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on parent committee participating in education management of urban primary schools.The research content mainly includes the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the urban primary school parent committee participating in school education management,including the design and process of the survey,and the result of the survey.And on the basis of the survey,this paper tangles the main forms and characteristics of urban school parent committee participating in school's education management.Through consulting document literature and analyzing investigation data,we can see that the urban primary school parent committee has made some achievements when participating in school education management,but there are also some problems that can't be ignored.It mainly includes:there are inconsistencies and even deviations in the understanding of parents and schools towards parent committee participating in school's education management,there is formalism in the participation of parent committee in school education management,the mechanism of parent committee participating in school education management is not perfect,etc.These problems are caused by a variety of reasons,including the reasons of our country's education development status,education administrative departments,schools,parents and so on.In view of the problems existing in the participation of parent committee in school's education management in urban primary schools,effective countermeasures should be taken to solve the problems based on the actual and long-term development of China's compulsory education.It mainly includes:further strengthening the consensus of parent committee participating in school education management,further improving the effectiveness of parent committee participating in school education management,and further improving the system and mechanism of parent committee participating in school education management,etc.
