Research On The Establishment And Operation Strategies Of The Parents’ Committee Of Primary Schools In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference: "new era and new situation,reform and opening up and socialist modernization,promoting the all-round development of human beings and all-round development of society have raised new and higher requirements for education and learning." In the new era,in terms of education,we should learn to "create a forest like education ecology" : Based on the basic rules and basic rules,we should promote diversified sharing with new culture and "encourage" all life.Social participation in education has become an indispensable factor in the process of education.Social participation can promote schools to keep up with the pace of the times,adapt to social changes and promote education reform.In the participation of social resources,parents’ participation has a great impact on students.Whether the parents’ education to the students is in accordance with the school or not will play a decisive role in the effect of school education.The parent committee has achieved remarkable results in promoting parents and communities to participate in school governance and integration of educational resources.It has become an effective way of home school cooperation.In the new era,the position of parent committee in education is more indispensable.This paper points out the necessity of strengthening the construction of parent committee by analyzing the literature of parent committee and the development of parent committee at home and abroad.The new era calls for collaborative education,the organization(system)needs to build a parent committee,and the parent committee has been recognized.The parent committee has played an important role in promoting family and parent-child education,school education,and the coordinated development of social education.This paper takes H school in Shenzhen as an example,taking class B of 2016 as a field,with the theme of "establishment and operation of parent committee",has carried out participatory observation for more than two years,and collected data by questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and text analysis.Based on the daily work and activities of the parent committee and the interaction with various subjects,this paper outlines the organizational structure,selection process,working mechanism and work development of the parent committee,expounds the success of the establishment and operation of the parent committee of H school and analyzes the existing problems.This paper holds that the inadequate publicity of parent committee leads to the inadequate understanding of teachers and parents;the lack of independence of parent committee in action,showing the characteristics of "semi dependence" and "de empowerment" in thought obsolescence;the problems in the nonstandard working procedures of parent committee and the problems in practical operation;and the excessive arrangement of parent committee leads to the lack of exercise of students’ self-care ability.Finally,the paper puts forward the effective construction and operation strategies of parent committee from six aspects: the state,society,school,parents,parent committee itself and students.
