With the development of society,education is becoming more and more important.Parents do their best to send their children to college.Every year,universities and colleges increase the students' number.As colleges and universities expand their enrollment and people pay more attention to them,the number of college students keeps increasing,and the number of poor students is also increasing.The problem of poor students' psychological poverty has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to the psychological development of poor college students.In the middle school stage with heavy academic burden,the psychological poverty of poor students will also reduce their learning efficiency,learning motivation and quality of life.Once this way of thinking is formed,it will seriously affect their academic performance and healthy growth.This study takes senior one students as the research object,through the research on the current situation and mechanism of their psychological poverty,as well as the experimental intervention research on group psychological counseling of psychological poverty,to provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the poverty situation of senior one students' psychological poverty,help senior one students improve their mental health level,smoothly adapt to high school study and life,and provide reference for the development of healthy and happy life For reference.Study 1: the mechanism of psychological poverty of Senior One StudentsAdopt the method of questionnaire survey,use childhood social and economic status scale,psychological poverty scale and relative deprivation questionnaire to a high school in Zhangjiakou city 700 students of high school were measured.To explore the situation of the psychological poverty and senior one students and the influence of relative deprivation and childhood socio-economic status,and to explore the formation mechanism of psychological poverty.The results show that:1.In terms of psychological poverty,generally speaking,the psychological poverty of the investigated senior one students is mainly manifested as insecurity.There is a significant gender difference in the money attention factor of psychological poverty,boys are higher than girls.2.In the aspect of social and economic status in childhood,the investigated senior one students have a better economic status in childhood,but a lower affluence in childhood.In the factor of childhood economic status,boys are higher than girls,and there is a significant difference.The only child's childhood wealth is lower than that of the non only child.3.In the aspect of relative deprivation,male students are higher than female students,and there is a significant difference.Only children are lower in relative deprivation than non-only children.4.There is a significant positive correlation between the social and economic status of senior high school students and their anxiety and disgust.There was a significant positive correlation between childhood affluence and psychological poverty and relative deprivation.Security,aversion and money attention were negatively correlated with childhood economic status.Anxiety,aversion and dissatisfaction were positively correlated with money attention and relative deprivation.Socioeconomic status of childhood has a positive predictive effect on psychological poverty and relative deprivation;meanwhile,relative deprivation has a positive predictive effect on psychological poverty.Relative deprivation plays an important mediating role between childhood socioeconomic status and psychological poverty.Study 2: group counseling intervention on psychological povertyAccording to the results of the questionnaire survey,100 high school students with high psychological poverty were randomly divided into two groups,50 in each group.One group was the experimental group and the other was the control group.In view of the psychological poverty of senior one students,a group intervention scheme was designed,and the group psychological counseling intervention was carried out for the experimental group.Objective to explore whether group counseling can reduce the mental poverty of senior one students and promote their mental health.The result shows that the group psychological counseling intervention can effectively change the bad state of psychological poverty of senior high school students.After 8 weeks of group psychological counseling intervention,compared with the control group,the psychological poverty of the students in the experimental group was improved,and the mental health level was also improved.
