| To do a good job of people’s satisfactory education should also make the subject of education satisfied,that is,to make students satisfied.this study through the primary school senior students’ school satisfaction survey,analysis of the factors,and further put forward for improving the school satisfaction of senior elementary school students and countermeasures.The study compiled the School Satisfaction Scale for Senior Primary School Students,which includes four dimensions:student relationship,teacher-student relationship school management and environment,and personal sense of accomplishment.In a random survey of some schools in Shandong and Henan,a total of 602 senior primary school students answered questions,and combined with observation and internship in the first-line teaching environment,the factors affecting the satisfaction of senior primary school students were discussed in a comprehensive and systematic way.The results show that: the overall level of school satisfaction of senior primary school students is higher,in the academic performance variable,the school satisfaction of students with poor academic performance is lower than that of students with better academic performance,In the class size variable,the satisfaction of students with a class size of more than 50 students was lower than that of students with less than 50 students in the class size,on the seat change variable,the number of students who occasionally changed was lower than that of students who were frequently transferred,and in the situation variable of parental meetings,the satisfaction of students whose parents attended parents’ meetings was lower than that of students whose parents often attended parents’ meetings.According to the results of the survey,the following analysis was carried out,the reasons for the low satisfaction of students with poor academic performance included low personal achievement,the reasons for low graduate satisfaction included low environmental satisfaction,the reasons for low student satisfaction,including the low student satisfaction of students who did not attend the training course,the reasons for the low satisfaction of students with more than 50 students,including poor listening results,and the reasons for low student satisfaction of parents who attended parent meetings included poor communication at home school.According to the above reasons,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:to improve the satisfaction of students with poor academic performance by cultivating good study habits and other means,to improve the satisfaction of students who have not participated in the training courses by forming a healthy competitive relationship,to improve the satisfaction of students who do not attend the training courses by playing the role of hobby expertise,to improve the satisfaction of students with more than 50 classes through the implementation of small class size management standards,and to improve the satisfaction of students with fewer parents attending parents’ meetings by improving the communication level of home schools. |
