As a well-known linguist and Chinese educator,Zhu Dexi formed his own Chinese teaching ideas from the 1920 s to the 1990 s.This dissertation clarifies the internal logic of Zhu Dexi's Chinese teaching thought.Zhu Dexi's Chinese teaching thought is divided into six aspects: Chinese curriculum view,grammar teaching view,vocabulary teaching view,punctuation standardization and teaching view,composition teaching view and other teaching views,with strict logic and a self-contained system.The first chapter of the Chinese curriculum view discusses Zhu Dexi's contribution to the construction of Chinese curriculum from an overall perspective.He pointed out that the nature of Chinese courses lies in its foundation.The main purpose of Chinese teaching is to improve students' reading and writing skills,and the basic principles of Chinese teaching are to emphasize practical results and eliminate formalism.Chapters 2 to 4 are the concretization of Zhu Dexi's view of Chinese teaching.The grammar teaching concept in this part compares and analyzes the tentative Chinese pedagogical grammar system and current middle school grammar teaching system,discusses Zhu Dexi's theoretical contribution to the construction of Chinese middle school grammar teaching system,reveals its principles,objectives,emphasis,and methods from four aspects.Zhu Dexi pointed out that the principle of grammar teaching is to be easier to understand and using less terminology.The purpose of teaching is to improve students' reading and writing ability while the focus of teaching is structural analysis and function words;teaching methods include syntax teaching and checking grammatical errors.The vocabulary teaching concept of this part points out that vocabulary teaching should combine context,understand the flavor and meaning of words,distinguish between words and linguistic words correctly,and use fabricated words and disyllabic words carefully.These points of view provide a new perspective for Chinese teaching.Meanwhile,this part explains the standardization of punctuation and Zhu Dexi's teaching concept.The fifth chapter composition teaching view is a comprehensive embodiment of grammar,writing and vocabulary teaching view.This part sorts out the composition teaching principles of stylistics starting from practicality and avoiding one-sided and vivid composition,composition propositions should be in line with students' lives and psychological reality;composition teaching materials should be compiled to meeting actual needs,involving all aspects,and selecting negative examples.Zhu Dexi puts forward teaching suggestions on the theme,structure,materials,correction,and commentary of the composition,which are feasible.Chapter 6 is about Zhu Dexi's other language thoughts,including the study of reference books and translation works,the correct distinction between the recognition,writing,and use of Chinese characters,and it covers all aspects of social language life.This article compares Zhu Dexi's Chinese teaching system with those linguists and Chinese educators like Ye Shengtao,Lu Shuxiang,Zhang Zhigong and others at almost the same period,and discusses the nature of Chinese courses,the purpose of Chinese teaching,and the effectiveness of composition teaching Similarities and differences of viewpoints such as principles and tentative drafting of Chinese teaching grammar system.Zhu Dexi's Chinese teaching thought was deeply influenced by Lu Shuxiang.This article connects the research results of university scholars with middle school Chinese education.Facts have proved that Zhu Dexi's Chinese teaching thought has already penetrated into Chinese teaching in middle schools at that time.His Chinese education thought is not outdated,and it also has a certain reference significance for contemporary middle school Chinese education and teaching,building a bridge between university and middle school Chinese education and teaching.
