“Chinese Bridge World Middle School Students' Chinese Contest ” is a Chinese competition held by the Confucius Institute/Office of Chinese Language Council Headquarters in 2008 to stimulate foreign young people's enthusiasm and interest in learning Chinese and understanding Chinese language and Chinese culture.With the continuous improvement of China's international status,the “Chinese fever” continues to heat up.As a well-known brand event in the field of humanities communication in the world,“Chinese Bridge” has a great influence in promoting and spreading Chinese and Chinese culture.The content and links of the Chinese and Chinese cultures involved in the “Chinese Bridge” contest not only examine the mastery and understanding of Chinese language and culture of students from various countries,but more importantly,provide Chinese teachers with the certain reference meaning in teaching Chinese abroad.However,most of the previous studies on the “Chinese Bridge” contest stay in the research on the teaching enlightenment,cultural interpretation and communication process of the “ World University Students' Chinese Contest ”.There is very little research on the “World Middle School Students' Chinese Contest”,among which only involves contest questions and contestants.In the 21 st century,language skills are highly valued.The requirements for second language learners not only stay at the basic level of listening,speaking,reading,writing,and simple communication,but also raise a new height which is asking the second language learners to have good communication and understanding skills.In the face of new situations,second language learners need to have the following capabilities of analyzing information,understanding ideas,communicating with others,solving problems and making the right decisions by virtue of what they have learned.At present,there is still little research on the “World Middle School Students' Chinese Contest”.No one has applied the teaching content and teaching ideas involved in “World Middle School Students' Chinese Contest” to carrying out the study of international high school students' Chinese classroom teaching.Therefore,This paper analyzes the written and video test questions in the 10 th and 11 th “ Chinese Bridge World Middle School Students' Chinese Contest” from the perspective of language communication and understanding.Combining with the questionnaire survey of Chinese classroom teaching problems in Korean high school,the author attributes the teaching content and teaching concept contained in the “Chinese Bridge” contest to Chinese classroom teaching in Korean high school.Taking the teaching content,teaching form and teaching activity design as the starting point,the author has opened up a broader and newer teaching contents as well as teaching methods for Chinese classroom teaching in Korean high school,which enhances Korean high school students' enthusiasm and interest in learning Chinese.
