In recent years,with the development of society and the support of national policy,private education has become an important part of my country's basic education.The professional development and quality of private high school teachers play an important role in the development of private high schools.At present,the domestic research on teacher identity is becoming more and more mature,but there is very little research on private high school teachers' identity.This research is based on self-identity theory and social identity theory.While reviewing relevant policies,it uses literature,observation and interview methods to investigate the existing state of private high school teachers' identity,discuss and analyze its influencing factors.Based on this,suggestions to improve the teachers' identity in private high school are proposed.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part expounds the reasons for selecting the topic,a summary of previous research results,definition of core concepts,research purposes and significance,research objects,research methods,and problems to be solved,laying the foundation for subsequent research.The second part sorts out the policy changes about the identity of private school teachers: First,the policy changes about the identity of private school teachers before the reform and opening up;Second,policy changes of the identity of private school teachers after the reform and opening up;Third,the private school teacher identity under the new policy.The third part mainly uses observation method and interview method to explain the state of G private high school teacher identity: At present,the level of teacher's identity in G private high school is generally not high.It is mainly reflected in the following points:First,the lack of professional cognition.Second,the lack of professional emotion.Third,the lack of the right to speak..Four,the frequent flow of teachers in private high schoolsThe fourth part analyzes its influencing factors according to the existing state of teachers' identity.in private high school.From the perspective of laws and policies,private high school teachers have not truly achieved the same legal status,the same rights and treatment as public teachers.From the school side,they mainly concentrate on interpersonal relationships and management mechanisms in school.From the perspective of the teachers,they mainly focus on the personal teaching philosophy and educational feelings.The fifth part is the suggestions for improving the identity of teachers in private high schools.Firstly,the state provides policy support to enhance the discourse power of teachers.Second,the school creates an environment to promote teachers' professional emotion and stabilize the team of teachers;Third,teachers create conditions to improve their professional cognition...
