Since the 1980 s,the development of private high schools in China has undergone earth-shaking changes.According to the China Education Statistics Network,by the end of 2018,3,216 private high schools had been established in China,accounting for one fourth of the public high schools in the country,and they have gradually developed into the backbone of China's senior high school education system.However,compared with public high schools,which have rich funding channels,private high schools have narrow funding channels except tuition and miscellaneous fees from running schools.On the one hand,once private high schools are faced with insufficient local students or cannot run schools in a short time,the direct decrease of tuition income will make private high schools fall into financial crisis.Run by the local high school,on the other hand,is limited by the lack of funds,the school in the aspect of the construction of teaching facilities will also is restricted,for teachers training and construction also will be affected and restricted,once the direction of the two problems,the teaching quality will drop,resulting in students fell again,form a vicious circle.Therefore,how to solve the financing problem of private high schools and help them to obtain stable and sustainable funding channels to meet the needs of their school-running work is the primary issue facing private high schools in China.This paper adopted the research methods including literature analysis,interview method,chart analysis and case analysis,discusses the issues of financing for private education at home and abroad in the research and analysis,and from foreign private high school for financing cases get revelation: in terms of financial,combining capital and the teaching of light generated by the assets mode of cooperation in running schools;In terms of policy,private high schools are allowed to apply for loans by mortgaging their non-teaching assets and the right to collect tuition fees.This article selects the Nanchang a private high school as the object of investigation were analyzed,and analyzes the general situation of the development of the private high school,operating conditions,as well as other factors,which affect the financing,such as:Nanchang education environment,students,school achievements,etc.,after the analysis when the school faced with the financing channel is narrow,single source of funds and other issues to deal with measures,and the face of the financing problem from the perspective of policy,the financial point of view,and the Angle of private high schoolitself is analyzed from the society,through the different direction of data mining and analysis,further analysis the core internal cause of private high school funding problems.The paper is divided into five chapters.Firstly,the introduction part introduces the background and significance of this article,and analyzes the causes and countermeasures of this financing problem in private high schools through literature review at home and abroad.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and the basic situation of private high school industry development.The third chapter is the development overview,operation situation,factors affecting financing,financing problems and countermeasures of Y private high school,and analyzes the financing problems from different perspectives.The fourth chapter is about the financing problem of policy,from the aspect of national policy put forward countermeasures,such as cancellation of restrictions on the education assets mortgage,as well as financial advice,such as asset light cooperation in running schools and long-term equity financing model,many face the financing problem of private high school Y countermeasures are presented.Chapter five is the conclusion and prospect.
