| Using the research technique of the host and guest seat culture, according to theTheory of Weiner' Motivation Attribution, selecting the private school's teachers whoworked in T town of Dongguan city, this study analyze the reasons why they selectedprivate school's teachers as their occupation. The investigation result described thereasons from the following two aspects:The priviate school's teachers came from each place in China and they have differentreasons for seclecting which place to work and stay in if analyzed from the hoststandpoint.They had different attributions about selecting to work here. However, it is acommon reason that T town attracted them. Besides, because of the people's teacherpolicy, the birth control policy, the expanded recruitment of University students policyand so on; or because of being limited by specialized and individual ability, they had tochoose the private school. The private school's teachers of different sexes basically kepttraditional sexual view as outer-man and inner-woman and occupation-selecting view.Some female teachers rushed here alone, because their emotional functions had lost. Theyneed to avoid the disadvantageous interpersonal environment. Some male teachers, whowere born in 1980s, having low school record, did not had explicit occupationlocalization.From the guest standpoint, this study analyzed the own qualities of private school'steacher: negative mood, deficient occupation plan, negative attribution and so on. All ofthese were the key aspects which affected their occupations. In addition, from theenvironmentaland individual aspects, this study also analyzed the factors affecting theprivate school's teachers.The negative attribution and the realistic pressure made the private school's teachersdiscontent to the present situation. Subsequently it affected their later behavior: idle work,changing job etc.According to the analysis, from keeping teachers stable, this study proposed theconcrete policy and suggestion to help the private education and the private school'steacher. |
