The attention of our government to private higher education is gradually increasing, and all kinds of policies and measures about private higher education is improving. However, at this stage the admissions policy of private higher learning institution have lots of problems, lead to the phenomenon follow-up funds shortage, poor quality, weak teachers and the low employment rate in student. From the education balanced perspective, admissions policies of private higher learning institution exist some unfair phenomenon. In this paper, private higher learning institution of Liaoning is as the research object. By borrowing the foreign university admissions policies, make some suggestions to admissions policy of private higher learning institution of Liaoning. The author hopes to provide effective improvement methods for policy makers and private higher learning institution, to better promoting the development of private higher education in Liaoning province.The article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part. The third chapter is about the development and present situation of private colleges in Liaoning province, the brief introduction to historical evolution of private college admissions policy, and fully expounding the problems to be solved of the private college admissions policy.
