With the increase of national income and the enhancement of health awareness,more and more people pay attention to the fitness industry.In recent years,the fitness industry continues to grow,more and more institutions and personnel involved.With the increasing competition in the fitness market,many problems in the fitness industry have hindered its healthy and sustainable development.Due to the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020,people are called by the country to isolate themselves at home to fight the epidemic.Changes in the market,customers,and policies have had a greater impact on the operation of offline gyms.Because of the fight against the epidemic at home,online fitness exercises Under the catalysis of the epidemic,user activity of similar apps has increased significantly.Internet fitness brands represented by Keep and Fix are increasingly impacting offline gyms.At the same time,the fitness industry has low market entry barriers,and the level of fitness coaches is uneven.Some unscrupulous merchants use low prices to attract customers and then close stores and run away.Negative news such as fitness coaches cheating students and other similar news are often reported in the newspapers,which also contributes to a bad reputation of the fitness industryAs a large-scale local fitness chain organization,this paper combines the difficulties encountered by the F Fitness Company in its current development,and conducts an in-depth study of the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal at home and abroad.It uses questionnaire surveys,individual interviews and other methods to evaluate the existing performance of F Fitness Company.It is found that there are some problems in the performance appraisal of F Fitness Company,such as the unscientific and imperfect setting of appraisal indexes,the unreasonable setting of appraisal cycle,the application of appraisal results to be enriched,and the lack of communication and feedback.In response to the above problems,comprehensive use of management methods such as 360-degree performance appraisal and balanced scorecard to optimize the appraisal indicators,appraisal weights,appraisal cycles,appraisal results and feedback of grassroots and middle managers.It is hoped that through the optimization of the performance appraisal of F Fitness Company,it will help its long-term development and at the same time provide certain guidance and reference for the development of similar fitness enterprises.
