The growing trend of globalization has led to a refined division of labor in the domestic labor market,and in order to meet the actual labor needs of enterprises at different stages,a new mode of labor dispatch has emerged.This mode of employment can help enterprises optimize labor costs and help them achieve lighter management so that they can better achieve their development goals.However,how to motivate labor dispatching employees to perform their duties as well as the employees of the company,and to bring higher development and performance to the company is an urgent issue that needs to be solved.This paper summarizes the research results of scholars,clarifies the theoretical achievements related to labor dispatch,and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the current research of many scholars,so as to point out the innovation points of this research.Taking HR company A as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal system of labor dispatching employees by investigating the current situation of the performance appraisal system of labor dispatching employees,focusing on the distribution of labor dispatching employees in terms of industry and scale,and analyzes the actual situation of the performance appraisal system of labor dispatching employees in terms of the performance appraisal system,methods,performance evaluation results and application feedback;and then investigates the performance appraisal system of labor dispatching employees by questionnaire survey method.The problems of the performance appraisal system of labor dispatching employees were investigated by means of a questionnaire,and then the optimization of the performance appraisal system of labor dispatching employees was studied with the cooperative enterprises.It can be found that the performance management system of labor dispatching employees shows many shortcomings in practice,such as difficulties in collecting performance information,outdated design of assessment indexes,and imperfect communication and feedback mechanisms.Therefore,improvement suggestions are proposed to address these problems,mainly in terms of information collection,index design,and feedback mechanism setting.With the proposed measures to improve the organizational structure and system,strengthen the publicity and training system as the basis,establish communication and feedback channels as the bridge,and establish the safeguards of supervision and complaint mechanism.A good performance system is used to motivate the labor dispatching employees,and the feedback from the employees can also optimize the performance management system in reverse.The application of the appraisal results not only enhances the communication between the management and the dispatched employees,but also helps to stimulate the dispatched employees to have a sense of belonging to the company,which makes the company attract and retain talents.Through the performance appraisal system optimization suggestions put forward in this paper,we hope to help HR company A to solve the current problems faced by labor dispatching employees with high mobility and difficult performance appraisal,and thus improve the overall performance of the company.The research results of this paper aim to improve the overall performance level of the labor dispatching employees,build the core competitiveness of the human resource security system,and thus achieve the overall development goals of the company.At the same time,the research results of this paper will also provide useful reference for the improvement and perfection of the performance appraisal system of labor dispatching employees in similar enterprises. |
