| The class is the basic organization of the school and the basic unit of school management.It is also the main place for teachers to teach and educate people.It is also an important place for students to learn knowledge,expand skills,cultivate good emotions,establish correct values,outlook on life and world outlook.The rationality,effectiveness,and scientificity of class management are related to the normal function of class education,which directly affects the healthy and comprehensive development of students.Rural junior high school education,as the first critical period of rural students ’life destiny,as an important part of rural compulsory education,is of great significance for improving the quality of rural population,accelerating the process of urbanization,and effectively implementing rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the study of class management in rural junior high schools.Based on the literature review,this study takes five rural junior high schools in Shanxi Province as an example to investigate the four dimensions of student class management participation,class organization management,class system management,and class activity management.The status of junior middle school class management,analyze the problems and causes of rural junior middle school class management,and discuss the way to solve the problem.It is expected that the development of this study will help transform the concept of rural junior high school class management,improve the efficiency of rural junior high school class management,and promote the healthy growth of rural junior high school students.The study found that the current rural junior high school class management has the following problems: First,the school management methods are not scientific and do not pay attention to the training of class teachers.Second,the class teacher’s management literacy is not high,and the management level is low.Third,parents only focus on grades,and home-school communication and cooperation are insufficient.Fourth,the participation of students in class management is low.The reason for the problem lies in: the school management concept is backward and settled in the status quo;the class teacher lacks learning consciousness and biases in class management;rural parents have low self-quality and lack of scientific education methods;students have poor understanding of the class and low level of independent management;The influence of bad habits such as the "uselessness of reading" in society.Based on the above problems and causes,countermeasures for improving the management level of rural junior high schools are proposed: First,improve the school management system and continuously improve the management level.The second is to change the class manager’s concept of class management and cultivate lifelong learning consciousness.The third is to change the concept of parent education and give play to the positive role of family education.The fourth is to encourage students to educate themselves and provide a platform for students to exercise.Fifth,strengthen multilateral communication and continuously improve management efficiency. |
