Research On The Management Countermeasures Of Junior High School Class Cadres From The Perspective Of Energy-based Managemen

Class cadre management is an important management work in junior high school class management.Appropriate management methods can improve the work efficiency of class teachers,strengthen the cultivation of class cadres’ competence and promote the development of classes.As a new development stage of humanistic management,competence-oriented management is applied in the management of junior high school class cadres,which follows the principle of taking students’ competence as the basis,so that the class cadre management of the class teacher can be fully from the perspective of students,and can be implemented into the specific management content of the competence of class cadres.This study was adopted the methods of questionnaire and interview.Based on the investigation results of the current situation of junior high school class cadre management in X District of H City,it was found out the problems existing in management and made attribution analysis.The main problems are that the selection method of class cadres needs to be adjusted,the competence post matching of class cadres needs to be optimized,and the cultivating of class cadres needs to be improved.Based on the perspective of competence-oriented management,this paper applies the management concept and method of competence-oriented management to the management of class cadres in junior high school,and provides countermeasures for class teachers in the discovery,application and cultivation of class cadres’ competence.
