Research On The Developmental Needs Of The Elderly Migrant With Social Work Intervention

With the continuous development of urbanization,many people who originally lived in the countryside have migrated to cities due to social policies and other factors,and a group of returning elderly people has emerged.In the new era,the needs of returning elderly people are no longer limited to basic physical and material needs.The spiritual and developmental needs of the elderly should also be met accordingly.This article takes the returning elderly in H community of Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province as the research object,focusing on explaining the returning community and returning elderly,clarifying the development needs of the returning elderly,and systematically analyzing the factors that affect the satisfaction of the returning elderly’s development needs,as well as social work.The feasibility and necessity of intervention.Guided by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Dominance perspective theory,and social interaction theory,the method uses participatory observation and interview methods for collection and analysis of data,and intervenes in group work.After the intervention and intervention of social work,the developmental needs of the returning elders have been met to a certain extent,which proves that social work has practical value and practical significance in the research on the developmental needs of the returning elders.In this way,general suggestions are provided to provide reference and reference for subsequent research.
