| The relocation policy of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas is an important strategic plan of the national poverty alleviation work and one of the powerful measures for the state to help the poor groups get rid of poverty.The implementation of the policy plays a pivotal role in improving the production and lifestyle of poor areas and poor families.The implementation purpose of the policy of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas is to enable poor groups to "move,stabilize,integrate quickly,and become rich".At present,the poor people have moved from poor areas into the poverty alleviation community,how to help moving people "stable,fast,can become rich" is the top priority,the most important is to help the relocation people to adapt to the new environment and new life,especially the poverty alleviation relocation elderly,facing social difficulties.Therefore,helping the elderly people from inhospitable areas to enhance their social adaptation ability and level can not only promote the elderly better and faster to adapt to the new life of the community,but also enhance the poverty alleviation effect of relocation people from inhospitable areas,promote the poverty alleviation work in China and build a harmonious society.Based on the social adaptation theory and empowerment theory,the study adopts the group working method,in order to explore the reasonable path to promote the new environment and new life in the concrete practical operation process.First,the author into the elderly community,using questionnaire survey to Xingren F community 100 people over 60 years old relocation elderly life adaptation,economic adaptation,psychological adaptation,interpersonal adaptation of social adaptation investigation,through the survey data comparison analysis,understand the social adaptation dilemma.Secondly,to evaluate the demand,to guide the empowerment theory of poverty alleviation relocation elderly social adaptation group activities,through eight group activities to help team members to achieve individual level,interpersonal level,social participation level empowerment,help team members to find community sense of belonging,regain confidence in the future life,enrich later life,improve the team facing the new environment and new life of social adaptation ability and level.Finally,the service outcomes of the group activities are evaluated through process evaluation and outcome evaluation,and research conclusions and professional reflections are presented. |
