With the reform of the entrance examination of high school sports,more and more attention has been paid to school sports.Physical education teachers,as the core of school physical education,shoulder the responsibility of improving students’ physique,improving students’ performance,developing students’ personality and improving their character.The reform of the P.E.examination of high school entrance examination has great influence on students and P.E.teachers.With the implementation of the reform of the physical education examination for senior high school in kaifeng in 2016,the score of senior high school physical education increased from 50 points to 70 points,second only to the number of languages.It can be seen that the degree of reform and the importance of local educational institutions to school physical education.To some extent,this reform is beneficial to the development of school sports,enhances the enthusiasm and initiative of parents and students to participate in physical exercise,plays an important role in improving the physical health of teenagers,and has many influences on the development of physical education teachers.Based on the investigation conducted field visits and found that the effects before and after the reform of physical examination for physical education in 2016,the influence of the analysis of the junior high school physical education development since the reform and the impact on the existing problems and puts forward Suggestions,to improve sports teachers’ development and overall examination system to provide theoretical reference.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,field investigation,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the impact of kaifeng secondary school physical education reform on the development of physical education teachers.Based on the investigation of school leaders,PE teachers and students about the situation of PE teaching and PE teaching in schools before and after the reform,the conclusion is drawn that the implementation of the reform of PE examination in high school in 2016 in kaifeng city has both positive and negative effects on the development of PE teaching and PE teaching in junior high schools,mainly manifested in the following aspects:1.The reform of P.E.examination in the middle school of kaifeng city promotes the change of the number and age of P.E.teachers in some middle schools.2.With the reform of the P.E.examination of high school entrance examination,kaifeng junior high schools pay more attention to the development of the quality of P.E.teachers and increase the intensity and frequency of training.3.Some junior high schools in kaifeng city still have some shortcomings such as the simple recruitment process of physical education teachers,the inpertinence of the content and the over-reliance of the physical education teacher training on the examination system.4.With the development of the reform of the high school entrance physical education,the physical education teachers are more exam-oriented to the content of the physical education,ignoring the cultivation of students’ interest and lifelong physical education consciousness,and hindering the comprehensive development of the physical education teachers,which will bring a negative impact on the quality development of the physical education teachers in the long run.5.There are some shortcomings in the physical examination system of high school entrance examination in kaifeng city.The fixed items and the one-time completion examination will affect the enthusiasm and initiative of PE teachers in learning new knowledge.Analyze the causes of the above problems and put forward relevant constructive Suggestions: In order to improve the educational background and special structure of physical education teachers,we should increase the number of highly educated physical education talents and balance the special education teachers of non-secondary school physical education examination items;Make training contents according to PE teachers’ opinions and times requirements to improve training efficiency;According to the needs of the school to formulate a clear recruitment process and recruitment content,the development of training programs to put aside the restrictions of the physical examination system,in order to improve the overall quality of the development of physical education teachers;Improve the teaching consciousness of physical education teachers,focus on educating people instead of points;Make the process evaluation of the physical education examination of the middle school entrance examination to improve the timeliness of the development of physical education teachers.
