Investigation And Countermeasures Of Winter Physical Education In Junior Middle Schools In Baicheng City

This paper takes seven middle schools in Baicheng City as the research object.According to the method of stratified random sampling,630 students and 35 teachers are selected as the survey objects,21 teachers and 7 students are selected as the interview objects.600 valid questionnaires are collected,and the effective recovery rate is 100% The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by spss20 statistical analysis software.The results show that the winter sports teaching of seven urban junior high schools in Baicheng city has made some achievements,for example,some junior high schools have built city sports venues,poured skating rinks and carried out skating teaching,combined with outdoor indoor sports venues to make up for their own lack of venues,etc.However,there are some problems,such as PE teaching hours being squeezed or misappropriated,lack of indoor and outdoor sports venues,single sports events,students' enthusiasm for participation is not high;the main reasons for the problems are the idea of exam oriented education,lack of funds for school construction,teachers' comprehensive teaching ability to be improved and so on.Finally,combined with the positive attitude of junior middle school teachers and students to optimize winter sports teaching in Baicheng City,the number of social indoor sports venues is more,local colleges and universities can provide talent support for ice and snow sports teaching and other favorable conditions;this paper proposes to improve the attention of schools and teachers to winter sports,explore suitable teaching projects for winter sports,and explore winter sports teaching In order to improve the teaching quality of winter physical education in Baicheng City,we should strengthen the sharing mechanism of teaching resources and improve the teaching staff of winter physical education.
