Group Work Involved In The Study On The Improvement Of Urban Poor Women's Employability

2020 is the final year for poverty alleviation in China.As the main body of the urban poor,poor women have poor living standards,low family status,limited social scope,lack of basic rights and interests,and difficulties in changing the status quo.How to improve urban poor women The ability to work is the key to winning the battle against poverty.Based on the professional practice of this study in the D low-cost housing community in G city,the questionnaires and interviews with households were used to understand the psychological,life,social participation,and family situation of poor women,their professional demands,and the employment difficulties that caused them.Many issues,relying on the theory of empowerment,and a professional method of group work,targeted at this special group of poor women with their poor learning ability,lack of interpersonal and communication skills,inadequate environmental adaptability,self-cognitive bias,self Development capacity needs to be improved based on five aspects of the current situation of employability to carry out program design,observe and study the urban poor women in the four stages of employment psychological counseling,employment skills improvement,employment knowledge popularization,employment resettlement and personal development during the entire implementation of the group.Specific performance,to enhance their employability in the form of activity training,knowledge lectures,forums,etc.,to stimulate their personal potential,and then to achieve the employment needs of this group,with the aim of affecting the employment environment as an embedded person and giving women as an embedded person society The transformation of sexual elements.Finally,the group's results were evaluated and professionally reflected.Based on the actual situation of poor women,the government opened up employment opportunities,created a good external environment,the community made needs assessments of women willing to work,and gave full play to the role of NGOs.And the involvement of social work in four aspects,from the macro to the micro-proposed effective paths for the employment of poor women.
