With the development of economy and the progress of the times,people's minds have changed greatly.In marriage,people also pay greater attention to the actual needs of the individual and follow their heart.Remarriage also becomes more and more.Through reviewing the existing literature and observingthe real life,we have found that some remarried women have to face the pressuresin family,economic,social and others,these will bring the individual level and the social level of loss of power.The purpose of this study is to use empowerment and social work to solve the problem of the interpersonal relationship of remarried women.By helping clients to use their strengths and abilities,social workers can help them solve problems,reduce negative self-evaluation,enhance the sense of power and control their own life.This study starts with the interpersonal relationship of remarried women,mainly taking a remarried woman in Wuhan SH community as the main object of study.Using case work and in-depth interviewto obtain and analyze the information and situation of the case.With the empowerment theory as the theoretical guidance,we can help the client to analyzeherprincipal problems of interpersonal communication,find solutions,and the present the intervention process as a typical case.Through the research,we can find that theempowerment theoryplays a positive role in individual level and social level for married women,but also with the case we can discuss the advantages and limitations of empowerment theory.At the end of the paper,the findings of this study are shown.First of all,the positive influence of the interpersonal relationship ofoutside familyof remarried women to a certain extent can offset the negative meaning of her family's interpersonal disharmony.And in this case,the paper shows that it is more important to the remarried women to be independent of spirit than it in the economic.Finally,the factors whichcan influence the development of empowerment theoryaboutlocalization are considered.Finally,in the premise of enriching the studying and typical cases of empowerment,I'll verify the action of empowerment theorywhile using it to guide case work in the interpersonal relationship of remarried women.Furthermore,I'll search the possibility of empowerment theory to solve the problems ofremarried women's interpersonal and family,and want to provide some reference and advice for the social work in this field.
